CHELSA congratulates Biziwe Tembe, previously Acting Director of Vaal University of Technology (VUT) Library and Information Services, who has been appointed as the Library and Information Services Director, effective from the 1st of April, 2025.
Ms Tembe’s career includes participation in 2011 in the Research Library Consortium’s Library Academy. Her extensive experience comprises management of a special library and a branch library. She also has managerial experience in e-resources, research support, and client services.
