CHELSA congratulates Dr Rirhandzu Sharon Mhinga, who has been appointed Director: Library and Information Services at the Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University (SMU) with effect from the 1st of June 2023.
Dr Mhinga holds a PhD in Information Science and has extensive experience in Library and Information Services having held various positions in other universities and served on a number of committees in the LIS field. Prior to joining SMU, Dr Mhinga was the head of the library at the Tshwane University of Technology, Polokwane Campus.
